I've finally gotten into the New Year's spirit, even though the holidays are long gone. It was really hard to do this before new year, as December in Toronto felt more like fall with its warm days, lack of snow and the scent of fallen leaves on the ground.
Now when the temperature is below freezing outside, and I find myself wanting to stay at home more, it feels like the perfect time for the New Year's mood, at least for me.
My love for experimenting in photography led me to capture this series and create unique New Year's home photoshoot.
